Ban lan gen, or Isatis root, has long been used in Chinese households at the onset of cold symptoms such as fever, sore throat, inflammation, dry cough, swollen tonsils, chills, headaches, and other flu-like symptoms.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 packets a time, 3 times a day. Do not use if you are pregnant.
