Method of use / Directions:
This formula is presented here as an economical 4g bottle that helps for acute muscular injury or trauma, swelling, or localized inflammation.
For sprains, bruises, twists, pulls and other muscle issues, do the following:
- Clean and moisten the affected area or wound
- Mix the powder with a liquid (like water, Vaseline, alcohol, etc.) to form a paste
- Apply the paste to the affected area or wound
- Secure in place with a plaster or taped gauze
Yunnan Baiyao effects/functions:
Help sinew injuries or closed fractures to break up accumulations of stagnant blood. Mediates blood circulation, reduces swelling, stops pain.

云南白药粉是一种活血止痛、解毒消肿，化瘀止血的药品。外敷于病灶时，对于皮肤无损者要注意防止药物干燥；皮肤受损者，首先必须彻底清创消毒，清除异物后再依创面敷用。在红、肿、疮、毒脓破溃之前使用，一旦破溃，则不可再外用。
