退货与换货
由于我们产品的特性，您只有在购买后的14天内，如果产品未使用，处于全新状态，并且原包装完好，才可进行退货或换货。如商品有任何问题，同仁堂将支付并邮件退货邮寄标签。如客人自己问题（如不喜欢，不再需要）客户需承担退货运费以及任何换货物品的运费（如使用优惠卷, 折扣将从退款扣除）。
清仓和特价商品不可退换。
请允许1-3天处理您的退货或发送换货。

如何到店退货
将您的商品连同原产品包装和购买凭证带到收银台进行退货或换货。
如何邮寄退货
请按以下四个步骤操作：
- 安全包装商品，如有的话，请包括原产品包装和标签。
- 包括购买凭证（发票，商店收据）以及您的姓名，地址，电子邮件和电话号码。
- 与我们联系以获取退货运费标签，或将您的包裹寄往以下地址： RETURNS NY TUNG REN TANG 4034 MAIN ST FLUSHING, NY 11354 请注意：退货标签未预付。您需要承担退货运费。
- 使用能提供跟踪和保险的承运人发送您的包裹。NY Tung Ren Tang对在运输过程中丢失或损坏的物品不负责。
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, you may only return or exchange them within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. If there are any issues with the product, Tong Ren Tang will provide and email a return shipping label. However, if the issue is on the customer's end (such as dislike or no longer needed), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any shipping fees for exchanged items (discounts will be deducted from refunds if coupons are used).
Closeout and sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges
